Wouldn't it be great for your student to participate in extra-curricular activities at Wando and then have you pick them up at Towne Centre instead of having to battle Highway 17 traffic all the way to Wando?  That dream is now a reality thanks to CARTA.

The Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority has launched new bus routes 401 and 402 as well as improved route 40 that comes to Wando. Student passes are available and are good for an entire semester (6 months-Jan-July or July-Dec), all for only $70 per semester.
