Graduates

Alumni who graduated before 2009 should contact Archives at 566-8111 or by visiting ccsdschools.com for transcript and records request.

Alumni who graduated in 2009, 2010, or 2011 can either mail the transcript request form to the Registrar or hand deliver the transcript request form to the Guidance office.
