Announcement of Annual Wando High School
PTSO Scholarship Award

The PTSO of Wando High School is pleased to announce the recipients of the annual Wando High School PTSO Scholarship Award. 

The 2008 recipients are:
	Laura Strout who will be attending Clemson University
	Stephanie Jean Lenis who will be attending Wofford College
Congratulations Stephanie Jean and Laura!

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Applicant must be a Wando High School student.

2. Applicant must be accepted by or enrolled in a college or post secondary
institution at the time the scholarship is paid

3. Must have taken the ACT or SAT.

CRITERIA: 

Applications will be judged by the Wando High School PTSO Scholarship Committee members as follows:

There will be two scholarships awarded this calendar year. The two scholarships will be $750 for each student. The award will be for one year and will be paid directly to the college or school upon confirmation of the applicant’s acceptance or enrollment.  The application form may be duplicated.  The application is to be returned to Ms. Polson in Guidance F126 by May 2nd, 2008.

DEADLINE IS FIRM FOR RECEIPT FOR ALL APPLICATION MATERIALS!

Recipient will be announced at the Senior Awards Ceremony.
